Early in the evening, November 16, Elisar dinged 80, 4 days after the expansion was released. Elisar joins Soleil (first level 70) in the annals of PWF history. Grats buddy!

Armed with our new 51pt talents, we ventured back into Hyjal and downed Azgalor for the first time. Sunday attempts on Archimonde saw us drop him to 22%! Read up on the strats, tune your tactics and he will go down next time!

Calendar function is now up

I'm going to be giving raid organizers the ability to modify the raid calendar. Hopefully this will be a good step towards better organizing our runs.

If you feel like you might want to schedule other events on here, such as horde punching parties, let me know and I'll put it on the calendar. Bother me enough and I'll grant you access so you can do it yourself.

Naked Horde Punching Party

We gathered at Stormwind's Cathedral, stripped to our skivvies and headed out to see if any horde dared to put up their dukes.

We started at the Rebel Camp in STV, headed south where we beat up a few horde in the jungle, then threw down with the guards at Grom Gol.

After a brief stint of trying to jack the zeppelin, we decided a better course of action would be the booty bay boat to Ratchet. The plan was to have Liquidsky be the lookout on deck while the rest of us hid in the captain's quarters below. Liquid was to let us know when a horde got on at Ratchet, then once we crossed over into contested territory, we'd all run out and pummel the guy. Unfortunately, no one ever got on at Ratchet, but some crazy horde did get on at Booty Bay. I guess he never expected 20 naked, waving people to be a threat. of course as soon as the boat pushed off from the dock, we started punching. Seeing that his health wasn't going down fast enough and the crossover into horde territory was about to happen, I yelled out for someone to mind control him and throw him off the side. Priestina just managed to do it and throw him over right as the loading screen to ratchet hit. I bet that swim back to Booty bay sucked. Hah!

We arrived in Ratchet, then headed south through the Barrens to Thousand Needles. After uppercutting our way to Freewind Post, we sacked the city and lay in wait. It wasn't long before a few horde showed up and either Jaminess or Priestina mind controlled them and sent them flailing off the side to their deaths. It got to the point were people were committing suicide and jumping off themselves rather than have us do the deed for them.

Good times!

Thanks for everyone who participated in this. This was an event we used to do regularly but hadn't done in a very long while. It was nice to get back to our funky roots.

GUILD FIRST: Teron Gorefiend

After MUCH frustration, we finally got Gorefiend down.

Our 2% first attempt was followed by a 22% attempt, then one unlucky attempt, then finally the money shot.

We really pulled it together on this guys. We worked as a team, people helped and encouraged eachother out and we all had fun while doing it.

Can I get a HEEEYALLLL YEAHHHH???
